Helpful tips on communicating with CC4C:
- Patience:
Please be patient, we are an all-volunteer organization, and sometimes that means that in our efforts to rescue as many cats and kittens, we miss calls, emails or letters from people. If you do not hear back from us, try contacting us again.
- Phone:
Leave your name, the city you reside in and number(s) immediately, clearly repeating your number(s) twice to ensure that we are able to return your call. Then briefly state the type of assistance you are looking for, what time is best to contact you.
IF YOU HAVE AN INJURED OR SICK ANIMAL THAT NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION. CALL YOU LOCAL VETERINARIAN OR EMERGENCY CLINIC.
CONTRA COSTA VETERINARIAN CLINIC 1410 Monument Boulevard Ste. 108, Concord (925) 798-2900
EAST BAY VETERINARY EMERGENCY 1312 Sunset Drive, Antioch, CA 94509
(925) 754-5001
- Email:
Please provide your name, email contact information in the body of the message, as well as providing the purpose of your message. Please use the hotline for rescue related information and questions. If you have other questions that are not time-sensitive, you may submit them via email and we will answer them as best we can.
- Postal Mail:
Remember to provide a return information in both the letter and on the envelope, so that we can properly return communications
