Help Foster

CC4C is a no-kill organization, so unless medically warranted, no cat in our program is ever euthanized to make space for any other animals. Because of this, we are perpetually "over-booked" with extra cats and kittens that are rescued.

We need people to help foster the cats and kittens we rescue to help them prepare for adoption:

  • Hard to Place - Some people have experience taming extremely shy cats or feral cats or kittens, are you one of them?
  • Kittens - Spring through summer we are swamped with litter after litter of kittens that need homes
  • Special Needs - Some cats or kittens rescued need individualized care and support after being rescued, and our busy fosters cannot always spend enough time with these special cats
  • Older Cats - People tend to want the newest of kittens, making it hard for older cats to find a home. Help us house these cats in the meantime!

Many families work with us to foster kittens or special needs cats, as it provides a positive and uplifting experience for children who may be curious about veterinarian sciences or just have a soft spot for those in need
