Helpful tips on communicating with CC4C:

Emergency: If you have an injured or sick animal that needs immediate attention, take the cat to an emergency clinic.

Patience: Please be patient. We are an all-volunteer organization and will respond to you as soon as we are able to do so.

Phone (925-938-2287): Leave your name, the city you reside in, and phone number(s), clearly repeating your number(s) twice to ensure that we are able to return your call. Then briefly state the type of assistance you are looking for, and what time that is best to contact you.

Email: Please provide your name, phone number, and email contact information in the message. Please use the hotline for rescue related information and questions. If you have other questions that are not time-sensitive, you may submit them via email and we will answer them as best we can.

Mail: Remember to provide return information in both the letter and on the envelope, so that we can properly return your communications.
