{Update: adopted 3/6/24] Little Makita is as finely wrought as her namesake, power tools made by the renowned Japanese firm. She, too, was found at a local Home Depot store. Our beautiful calico kitten is a gem: adventurous, curious, observant, playful and loving.
Adoption Update: Makita, now named Ginger, settled in quickly to her furrever home, enjoying the views from the spacious windows, lounging in her cat hammock, and befriending Maple (a 15-month old dilute calico-tabby)
