Sister Truly & brother White Paws are 8-month old tabby siblings. Playtime with these two is an interactive dance: White Paws is a catch-me-if-you-can kitten and Truly excels at fetch. When slowed down, White Paws purrs while Truly demands cuddles. Contact Dana at [email protected] or 925-586-6408.
Truly and White Paw were found as 6-week-old strays in a neighborhood in Concord. (Born in early April 2023.
Big brother White Paw, is the more independent of the pair, who likes going off on his own — so much so that he escaped his cat trap as his foster mom was bringing him in to get neutered and he was out in the wilderness of Martinez for 2 weeks. We think he quickly realized that he wasn’t made for the streets because when he was found and re-trapped, he came back a “new man.” He is now more grateful and sweet to humans than we ever thought this once-feral kitty would be.
It may take a few weeks for White Paw to accept his new owner, but when he does, you will find he is just a sweetheart with the loudest purr. His sweetest moments are in the morning before all the high energy kicks in and during his nap times. His Favorite activity is playing “catch me if you can” with his human, wrestling with his little sister, Truly, and chowing down on anyone’s food that’s in his sight.
Truly, although smaller than big brother, can definitely hold her own as the two constantly tumble around and chase each other. She is the more affectionate one of the two, demanding cuddles the moment you sit down. Her favorite game is fetch — with a hair tie (6 is her highest return rate!)
Playtime with these two sounds like mini horses running amok around the house throughout the day.
